Shipping Policy
Made to Order
Every Shepherd & Lamb product is made to order. Your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment. During high-volume seasons or special releases, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: approximately 1–5 business days
- International: approximately 3–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package details, and the shipping method available for your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent automatically. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin updating.
Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or at different times depending on production and fulfillment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If an address is incorrect and a package is returned or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to correct it before the order enters production or shipping, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, check around your property, ask neighbors or household members, and contact the carrier to open a delivery trace. If you still need help, contact us at support@shopshepherdandlamb.com.
